3.8% ABV. This light and refreshing, session-style hazy IPA is brewed with excess sourdough loaves.
Bright, rounded caramel & peach notes are underpinned by a citrussy freshness.
Gluten Free.
We started to work on our recipe for this beer sometime in 2019. Literally started to brew in kitchen pots in our commercial kitchen at the Fox Inn Rudgwick. Sipa is our first recipe made of sustainable production. Spent grain is milled into the flour and used in our Sourdough Loafs.
